When returning
a converter under the terms of the warranty, you must call
(269) 781-4241 for a return authorization number and proper
“ship-to” address before returning the product
and it must be sent pre-paid. Progressive Dynamics will not
reimburse charges for warranty repair or replacement except
on converters returned directly to Progressive Dynamics with
proper return authorization. Proof of purchase will be required
on all warranty claims.
